Core ResponsibilitiesModeling: Create intricate 3D HVAC models, including chilled water systems, ductwork, and VRF configurations, utilizing Revit MEP and AutoCAD software.Coordination: Conduct clash detection with Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts with structural, architectural, and other MEP systems.Documentation: Produce shop drawings, installation schematics, and technical layouts to support project execution.Standards Compliance: Ensure all models conform to project specifications, industry standards such as ASHRAE and SMACNA, as well as BIM execution plans.Quantity Take-offs: Derive material schedules and equipment lists (BOQ) directly from the models.Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, engineers, and site personnel to update models in accordance with design revisions.
