Weekday-1 is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to support a real estate client in Gurugram, Haryana. This full-time position focuses on digital lead generation, campaign management, and marketing funnel optimization for both residential and commercial projects.
What You Will Do
- Plan and run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Drive high-quality lead generation for real estate projects.
- Monitor and improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- Oversee audience targeting, budget planning, and campaign structure.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, microsites, and portal listings to boost conversions.
- Work closely with sales teams to track lead quality and ensure effective follow-up.
- Run remarketing and nurturing campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to track performance and create reports.
- Analyze competitors and spot new growth opportunities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong grasp of lead funnels, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
- Background in real estate lead generation.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRM workflows.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- 4 to 8 years in digital or performance marketing.
- At least 2 years focused on real estate marketing.
- Experience with developers, brokerage firms, or PropTech companies.
- Understanding of the Gurugram or NCR real estate market is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics are a bonus.
