Role overview
The Senior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) focuses on supporting and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role acts as a primary contact for client needs, collaborating closely with the online marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients remain satisfied. Previous experience in social media or marketing is not required, as a structured onboarding process will provide the necessary background.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct regular feedback calls with clients to discuss campaign progress.
- Answer client questions about content and campaign collaboration, by phone and in writing.
- Handle incoming email inquiries from current clients.
- Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction during the partnership.
Compensation and advancement
- Salary: 4,800 € gross per month.
