As an Air Export Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of freight and information while delivering outstanding customer service within our Air Export Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a seamless and punctual freight processing workflow.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems.
- Monitor and report on the status of Air Export files.
- Utilize Workflows routinely to manage tasks effectively.
- Communicate arrival notices to overseas partners and customers promptly.
- Ensure precise and timely billing for clients and service providers.
- Engage with customers to coordinate their international shipments while adhering to service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including airline carriers and trucking companies.
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations as per government standards.
- Familiarize yourself with departmental processes and identify best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all customer standard operating procedures are current and in place.
- Achieve KPI targets as per company guidelines.
- Manage overseas communications with timely responses to emails and requests.
