Based in Finland, this role centers on workforce accommodation and transportation solutions for clients in mining, energy, and construction. What you will do Lead software implementation projects for both new and existing clients, managing onboarding and configuring systems to fit each client’s needs. Serve as the primary contact for customer success, building strong relationships and encouraging effective use of the platform. Collaborate with stakeholders across logistics, finance, IT, and operations to understand requirements and deliver solutions that work in real-world settings. Deliver user training, offer guidance on operational challenges, and help clients get the most value from the platform.
