About the Role Highwood USA is seeking a Profile Technician / Machine Operator for the night shift at our Hometown facility. This role supports our manufacturing process by producing customized profiles from raw materials, monitoring product quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Safety and teamwork are central to our operations.
