Hiltermann Lease is seeking a Data Analyst to join the team in Hoofddorp, Noord-Holland. This role offers the chance to shape business decisions through data, working closely with colleagues who value speed, ownership, and collaboration. What You Will Do As a Data Analyst, expect to partner with stakeholders to clarify their information needs and translate complex questions into clear, actionable insights. The role involves taking initiative, asking critical questions, and helping the organization grow in its use of data. You will also contribute to the development of the data platform in Azure Fabric and help integrate new data sources. Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders to clarify information needs Translate complex business questions into concrete analyses and insights Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI Work with and model data within Azure Fabric using SQL and Python Connect and structure data from various systems and sources Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization based on data What You Bring The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with clear communication and a sense of ownership. Comfort with diverse data sources and stakeholders is important. Independent work is valued, but collaboration is key to finding the best solutions.
