In this role, you will support Project Managers and project teams by ensuring that all project communication changes—including drawings, instructions, equipment lists, pricing, change orders, schedule modifications, and contractual items (collectively referred to as transmittal packages)—are thoroughly completed and dispatched on time to customers, contractors, construction managers, and other stakeholders. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee this process on a daily and weekly basis.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documentation• Manage project-specific documentation including equipment books, catalog cuts, test reports, equipment drawings, material lists, and field documentation• Update and maintain document revisions in project archives and working files• Prepare subcontractor change orders for submission• Utilize scheduling tools and adjust schedules based on project status and requests from the Project Manager• Engage professionally with manufacturers, vendors, and customers to gather information and address inquiries• Handle confidential information with integrity and ensure its security
