Your Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to spearhead our growth and establish Ideals as the preferred Virtual Data Room (VDR) provider in North America.
Located in Houston or Dallas, Texas, and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will lead a high-performing Business Development team in the South to enhance market presence, forge strategic partnerships, and achieve ambitious revenue targets over the next five years. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our competitive strategy, scaling operations, and enhancing the client experience through innovative VDR solutions.
We are looking for a proactive sales leader with a robust U. S. network, someone who thrives on value-based selling, team development, and operational excellence. You will leverage data to craft a strategy and coach your team towards surpassing targets in a rapidly expanding multinational SaaS environment. This is a unique opportunity to cultivate an outstanding track record while driving transformative initiatives across the M&A and corporate finance sectors.
