Role overview Vialis is looking for a Project Leader to manage maintenance and management contracts for Traffic Control Systems (VRI) in the Northeast Netherlands. This position is based in Houten, Utrecht. The Project Leader structures contract processes, tracks key performance indicators, and manages timelines, quality, and budgets to ensure contract promises are met. Clear communication with contractors and internal teams, along with thorough documentation and reporting, supports continuity and predictability for each contract. What you will do Oversee maintenance and management contracts for Traffic Control Systems at ViaMobility, a subsidiary of Vialis. Monitor contract agreements from start to finish, intervening quickly if results differ from expectations. Maintain clear boundaries and make well-considered decisions throughout the contract lifecycle. Build strong client relationships, proactively aligning with their expectations. Take initiative, address issues before they escalate, and engage in open discussions when necessary. Track financial performance, identify deviations, and collaborate with the Controller to produce accurate forecasts and maintain a solid contract foundation. Lead daily operations with the regional team, managing schedules, quality, and continuity, and resolving challenges efficiently. Identify new opportunities and recognize commercial possibilities during client interactions. Motivate and mobilize the team through clear communication and an inspiring leadership style, fostering strong collaboration internally and with clients. What we offer Monthly gross salary between €4,500 and €5,400 (full-time), plus an electric lease car for both business and private use.
