You will be the first point of contact providing solutions that enable optimal use of our marketing automation platform, Deployteq, while helping to cultivate strong relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
Alongside your team, you will maintain a friendly and approachable first-line Support Desk for the users of our platform. You will work directly with clients such as Transavia, Greetz, Kleertjes.com, and Eneco to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure they receive comprehensive support.
Key Tasks Include:
- Receiving, registering, analyzing, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Advising clients on the optimal configuration of their platform.
- Providing timely updates to clients and keeping them informed on the progress of their inquiries.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as the Development and Campaign Services teams, to resolve issues swiftly.
- Effectively utilizing various reporting systems to apply information in your problem analysis.
