In this role, you will directly interact with customers and retail associates to address account, billing, device, and service inquiries, often in fast-paced and high-volume situations. Key Responsibilities: Customer SupportDeliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support to AT&T customers in national retail locations.Resolve inquiries related to billing, account updates, plan adjustments, device assistance, and service issues.Troubleshoot wireless devices, networking problems, and feature functionality.Effectively operate in high-traffic retail environments, maintaining focus, professionalism, and service quality during peak periods and escalated situations. Retail Partner SupportServe as the AT&T subject matter expert for retail staff and third-party labor partners.Act as the primary AT&T representative for these partners, leading in-store support for escalations.Engage proactively with store leadership to address customer issues, enhance partnership alignment, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.Work Environment & Schedule ExpectationsThis role is conducted in a retail environment and necessitates standing, walking, and engaging on the sales floor for up to 8 hours daily.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs.Comfortable working in busy, customer-facing environments that demand frequent interaction and problem-solving.Operational ExcellenceNavigate multiple systems concurrently while engaging with customers in real-time.Thoroughly and accurately document all interactions.Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.Meet or surpass performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.Execute and uphold approved planograms for mobile devices and signage.Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in stock management.
