The Role
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the architectural design and comprehensive implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other related solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating scalable solutions by leveraging ServiceNow's industry best practices while ensuring domain separation, security, and optimal performance.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and various CRMs, ERPs, and external vendor systems.
- Defining data models, service catalogs, workflows, virtual agent experiences, and customer/partner portals.
- Guiding development teams throughout the implementation process to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Evaluating new ServiceNow features and plugins, and proposing strategic adoption plans.
- Establishing governance frameworks and design principles for global implementations.
- Ensuring compliance with platform and security standards while providing design authority in cross-functional reviews.
