Develop project scopes, summarize implementation details, and convey operational impacts.Conduct thorough energy evaluations for medium to large commercial and industrial facilities, identifying and recommending energy efficiency enhancements across various facility energy systems (including lighting, HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, process heating, and more).Prepare comprehensive technical reports that summarize findings from energy assessments, detailing project economics such as energy savings, cost savings, project costs, potential incentives, and simple payback periods.Perform measurement and verification (M&V) site visits to analyze facility energy usage patterns, uncover energy savings opportunities, and confirm the successful installation of energy-saving projects. This may involve installing field monitoring equipment, gathering BAS trend data, completing functional performance tests, and collaborating with customers and contractors.Engage effectively with project stakeholders, including program staff, contractors, and utility customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of utility programs.Deliver high-quality, professional services, building rapport quickly with utility customers.Produce deliverables that exhibit technical excellence, objectivity, and clarity while adhering to project budgets and timelines.Perform additional duties as required.
