Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement impactful services that enhance daily operations.
- Manage and sustain highly scalable services to ensure optimal performance.
- Create tools to refine existing processes, focusing on infrastructure reliability and developer productivity.
- Continuously elevate code quality, product execution, and the learning experience.
- Collaborate effectively across teams (Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, Data, Product, QA, etc.) for successful planning and execution.
- Tackle complex financial access challenges in Indonesia by leveraging cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Go Language (high priority).
- Familiarity with architectural patterns for high-scale web applications.
- Experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Systematic problem-solving abilities along with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, and comfortable working within a cross-functional team.
- Passionate about learning and contributing to projects with a robust sense of ownership.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficient in refactoring large systems.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, and Prometheus is a plus.
