ABA Centers of Florida seeks a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their Jacksonville, FL team. This role centers on supporting children with autism and their families by delivering evidence-based therapy and skill-building interventions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism in home, community, and center-based settings
- Teach daily living and social skills using behavioral and evidence-based techniques
- Gather and summarize objective data during therapy sessions
- Attend clinical meetings and participate in ongoing training
- Implement therapy and training sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work collaboratively with team members to address client needs
- Complete administrative tasks that assist daily operations
Compensation
Starting pay: $21 per hour
Final compensation depends on experience, training, and educational background.
