Role Overview:
We seek an innovative and tech-savvy Sales Operations Specialist who excels in data storytelling. This role focuses on leveraging AI to automate routine tasks, visualize complex data, and craft strategic insights that drive our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Storytelling & Strategic Visualization
- Insight Synthesis: Convert raw sales data into compelling visual narratives and executive presentations that emphasize regional achievements and challenges.
- Advanced Dashboarding: Create and manage interactive, AI-enhanced dashboards that deliver real-time insights into KPIs, distribution facilitators, and franchise performance.
- Predictive Analytics: Apply AI-driven models to predict trends in cash versus credit, proactively identifying risks that could threaten profitability.
- BVS Intelligence: Perform comprehensive BVS productivity and repair aging analyses to enhance device availability and optimize retailer engagement.
2. AI & Process Automation
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and resolve manual inefficiencies in the sales process, implementing AI solutions for seamless reporting and notification systems.
- AI-Assisted Troubleshooting: Serve as the lead liaison for front-end sales teams, utilizing AI tools to efficiently address technical inquiries related to EFICs, DBSS, and Jazz Point.
- Intelligent Inventory Management: Collaborate with headquarters to optimize SIM stock and EFIC orders through predictive demand analysis.
- Risk Mitigation: Leverage AI-enabled risk analytics to oversee late clearance IDs and automatically flag concerning retailer whitelisting trends.
3. Franchise Lifecycle & Operations Management
- Strategic Onboarding: Assess franchise business cases based on data-driven portal analyses, managing documentation from initiation to final settlement.
- Network Expansion: Utilize geospatial data and AI planning tools to effectively deploy new BVS/Dermalog units for maximum ROI.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to SOPs in all channel partner activities and whitelisting requests via automated audit trails.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Stakeholder Influence: Deliver quarterly business reviews to leadership, translating operational metrics into actionable strategies.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Facilitate communication between Sales, Planning, and HQ to ensure the successful execution of geo-fencing initiatives and credit guarantee collections.
