You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality risks, address production challenges, and enhance manufacturing processes continuously.What You’ll DoLocation: Onsite at our Kassel, Germany officeReports to: General Manager Operations KasselEnsure product and process quality throughout manufacturing operations by evaluating incoming materials, in-process controls, and final product verification.Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions employing structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D and RCA.Manage non-conforming materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams on MRB disposition processes.Create and maintain inspection plans, AQL sampling strategies, and quality documentation.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, including validation plans, PFMEA development, and process control implementation.Analyze quality and manufacturing data to spot trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Work alongside manufacturing engineering to enhance process stability, yield, and reduce defects.Engage in internal and supplier quality audits, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.Assist in supplier quality efforts and partner with supply chain teams to enhance supplier performance.Contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs at the Kassel site.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.5+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.

Utilizing vehicles equipped with advanced 360-degree cameras, our team will document the surroundings and store valuable data for enhancing one of the world's most popular online maps.Your role will involve following designated routes through busy commercial districts and historical landmarks.
