In this key role, you will play an essential part in the successful execution of large-scale, mission-critical projects, reporting directly to the Cx Manager. Key Responsibilities:Perform hands-on mechanical commissioning tasks in accordance with established commissioning plans and standards.Implement mechanical commissioning protocols, including system testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and functional performance assessments.Verify that HVAC and mechanical services function as per design specifications and performance objectives.Observe and assist vendor commissioning efforts, ensuring alignment with approved project documents.Oversee daily on-site commissioning activities, including system inspections and readiness evaluations.Administer and finalize the commissioning tagging process according to project guidelines.Monitor the acquisition, review, and adherence to commissioning documentation for the necessary Cx level approval.Contribute to quality management efforts for on-site service and commissioning operations.Ensure that commissioning tasks are completed in line with project timelines and key milestones.Strictly comply with project Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) protocols at all times.Maintain effective communication with commissioning managers, vendors, and other project participants.

This pivotal role will oversee the delivery of commissioning activities for significant data centre projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.Reporting To: Commissioning LeadThe Cx Manager will serve as the primary liaison, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a perfect blend of technical expertise and project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor Commissioning Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.Define commissioning work scopes, managing execution in alignment with the established commissioning strategy and timeline.Track progress against commissioning milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Effectively communicate commissioning schedules, milestones, and priorities to internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.Act as a crucial point of contact with client stakeholders for all commissioning activities.Facilitate thorough design reviews for both CFCI and OFCI work packages.Ensure all design, system, and process inquiries are formally documented and addressed with system designers and client teams.Oversee the M&E Commissioning Programme, including tracking milestones, sequencing, and reporting.Guarantee adherence to contract specifications, commissioning procedures, and project standards.Plan and coordinate Vendor FATs and FWTs, attending as necessary.Manage commissioning scopes for both CFCI and OFCI vendors.Maintain clear communication with all commissioning stakeholders.Participate in daily and weekly commissioning meetings (both internal and client-facing).Prepare, update, and submit commissioning progress and technical reports to management.Collaborate closely with the Project QA/QC Department to meet quality objectives.Oversee the preparation, submission, review, and approval of commissioning documentation, including test scripts and compliance statements.Ensure commissioning documentation is thoroughly reviewed and approved, facilitating the required commissioning level and final handover.

You will lead a dedicated team of over 20 professionals, including package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors.Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing a project team of 20+ professionals.Supporting the management of 10+ subcontractors with a total package value exceeding €100 million.Ensuring that the contractor’s design elements are executed correctly and that all necessary approvals are secured prior to on-site construction.Ensuring compliance with BIM processes among subcontractors under your supervision.Managing site safety in collaboration with safety personnel, including setup, management, and closeout.Overseeing site quality assurance in collaboration with the project team.Coordinating the project schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to meet client specifications.
