We are seeking experienced candidates for our International Inbound Voice Process. As a key team member, you will handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing problems and recommending suitable plans, while also selling our technical support packages that include relevant software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding technical issues.
- Diagnose problems related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email services, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
- Close calls effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current compensation, plus attractive incentives.
