We are seeking enthusiastic Technical Support Associates to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As part of our rapidly expanding company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional inbound and outbound technical support to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
- Successfully close calls with customers ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide accurate resolutions for customer issues in a timely manner.
- Adapt to working night shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support within an international BPO setting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Flexibility to work night shifts is essential.
- Freshers are not encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current CTC, along with attractive incentives.
