We are actively seeking a Product (Growth) Marketing Manager to join one of our ecosystem businesses.
In this role, you will engage in optimization and experimentation throughout the user journey, from acquisition to conversion. Your responsibilities will focus on developing a full-funnel flow for new traffic channels and implementing go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets, supported by a creative marketing team and user acquisition managers across three active traffic channels.
We prioritize data-driven decision-making and hypothesis generation in our growth initiatives while nurturing creativity and initiative to explore new audience segments and test unconventional approaches to find optimal business solutions.
This position is tailor-made for analytical, creative, and results-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and take accountability for performance outcomes.
Key Challenges Ahead:
Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for entering English-speaking European markets.
Design marketing full-funnels for new traffic channels aimed at boosting user conversion rates.
Identify and scale target user segments by crafting distinct user journeys and personalizing their experiences.
Contribute to enhancing our internal funnel-builder, which expedites the deployment of your funnels to users.
