We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our Affemity Group, a team dedicated to creating products and technologies that empower people to measurably enhance their quality of life.

Your Impact: You will ensure product transparency through data, influencing decisions that drive key metrics growth, improve unit economics, and contribute to systematic product development.
Expected Results within 6-12 Months:
In-depth understanding of the product, its business model, and key metric drivers
Established core metric systems and dashboards for decision-making
Implemented monitoring of key metrics with proactive anomaly detection
Developed and sustained a robust experimentation culture (A/B testing)
Formed a strong partnership with product teams on strategic decisions
Your Future Responsibilities:
Developing an analytical framework within the product domain → metric systems, dashboards, and a unified data approach
Analyzing product performance and identifying growth opportunities to meet goals and KPIs → forming hypotheses and data-driven recommendations
Monitoring key metrics and diagnosing changes in their dynamics → proactively identifying issues and opportunities
Designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests) → from hypothesis formulation to results interpretation and implementation
Designing and enhancing tracking systems → ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and quality
