Key Focus
As a Marketing Executive, you will lead the marketing unit, craft, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth. You will be accountable for achieving significant results through collaboration with other managers over a span of 1-2 years.
Job Responsibilities
• Contribute detailed insights and support the formulation of the Company and Business Unit's strategy.
• Take full ownership of the overarching marketing strategy.
• Develop and disseminate clear, actionable marketing plans that align with each Business Unit's strategy.
• Create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to various customer segments.
• Ensure alignment of marketing strategies and business plans with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Oversee the execution of internal and external communication strategies in collaboration with Business Units.
• Uphold brand integrity through effective communication and brand governance within the organization.
• Manage team performance and align employee performance contracts with business goals.
• Collaborate with Business Units to identify and leverage synergies in marketing opportunities.
• Cultivate and manage critical external relationships, including those with government and media.
Key Result Areas
Communication:
• Ensure the effective implementation of internal and external communication plans.
• Develop brand strategies to position the company as a leader in the financial services sector.
• Maintain brand integrity across the organization.
Marketing Service Management:
• Be accountable for the marketing strategy and its execution through others over a 1-2 year timeframe.
• Assist in the formulation of business strategies and provide detailed input.
• Define performance metrics and measurement criteria for your area of supervision.
• Drive operational excellence in all aspects of your responsibilities.
Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with Business Units to uncover and capitalize on marketing synergies.
• Manage key external partnerships as necessary within the business ecosystem.
Team Effectiveness:
• Be accountable for team management, task prioritization, and quality of deliverables over extended periods.
• Balance personal priorities with the motivation and direction of the team.
• Plan and allocate work effectively for periods of 3 months to a year.
