The Regional Retail Facilities Partner for Nevada plays a key part in Green Thumb Industries’ Retail and Commercial Development team. This position ensures that retail locations in the region remain safe, clean, and efficient for both customers and employees. Acting as the main point of contact, this role connects retail sites with landlords, retail field leadership, and on-site management. Daily work includes proactive building maintenance, infrastructure oversight, and responding to both emergencies and routine escalations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement building maintenance and operational programs using CMMS systems.
- Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance across all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, parking, hardscaping, and landscaping.
- Coordinate site safety programs to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
- Prepare monthly operating reports and budgets for leadership, along with weekly progress updates for field leadership.
- Conduct monthly audits to verify adherence to established processes and compliance programs.
- Manage maintenance and repair budgets for stores, working with department heads and contractors on repairs or remodels.
- Work closely with vendors and store leadership to maintain grounds and ensure all utility systems pass inspections required by local and state regulations.
- Negotiate bids and contracts for third-party projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners on security issues.
- Support the Real Estate department with lease terms, asset purchases, and resolving facility-related conflicts.
- Coordinate solutions for maintenance issues and establish preventative maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and submit reports to governmental and regulatory agencies as needed.
