Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing team effectiveness. Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of new sales team members by creating playbooks, documentation, and enablement materials. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment of the customer journey. Monitor CRM hygiene and uphold data integrity across the sales team. Assist in planning sales strategies, setting quotas, designing territories, and conducting performance reviews. Drive process improvements and recommend tools or automation solutions to boost efficiency. Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales, providing insights and supporting key initiatives.
The Bilingual Property Operations Coordinator role centers on managing U.S.-based properties from Lima. This position acts as a key link between property owners, tenants, and service providers, handling maintenance logistics and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Main responsibilities Coordinate property management tasks, including maintenance requests and repair estimates. Communicate clearly with tenants, owners, and vendors to keep everyone informed and on track. Oversee operational documentation to ensure records stay accurate and up to date. Work independently to turn requests into completed actions, requiring minimal supervision. What this role focuses on Supporting U.S. property owners by handling logistics and tenant relations. Mastering the details of maintenance coordination and follow-through. "Buying back time" for owners by taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Requirements Professional fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with U.S. property management or field operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Comfort working in a stable, high-activity environment.
