In your role as a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to create seamless online shopping experiences, boost customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- E-commerce Development: Spearhead the development, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform to align with the company's business goals.
- Code Review and Best Practices: Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Integration: Work with internal teams to integrate third-party systems, payment gateways, and external APIs to enhance platform functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks to ensure fast loading times and a smooth shopping experience.
- Customization: Develop custom cartridges, pipelines, and controllers to extend the platform's capabilities as needed.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and maintain automated tests in close collaboration with QA teams to ensure the platform's stability and reliability.
- Documentation: Keep thorough technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Security: Implement and uphold robust security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to the online store.
