We are seeking a detail-oriented Dutch Ship to Bill Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions that contribute to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Customer Account Management: Establish and manage customer accounts in SAP, ensuring all pre-qualification requirements are met. You will also provide account information and oversee customer activation processes.Invoice Management: Handle invoice generation, review unbilled sales, process credit and debit notes, and manage month-end accruals while generating detailed reports.Cash Applications: Accurately apply and match payments to appropriate accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.Aging Monitoring: Keep track of aging items, troubleshoot system issues related to auto-matching, and escalate unresolved payment issues as necessary.Collections: Manage collections for assigned accounts and overdue payments, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).Credit Management: Conduct credit limit creation and modifications, and release blocked orders as per established protocols.Product Management: Verify product promotion rules, update product catalogs, manage vendor payments, and track quantities of MSLA kits.Administrative Support: Assist in retail site mystery shopper reporting, loyalty program administration, incentive programs, and price adjustments.Compliance Support: Contribute to controls compliance activities and assist with record management, brand integrity, safety, and health reporting.Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring exceptional customer experiences aligned with service level agreements (SLAs).Reporting: Adhere to turnaround times and accuracy, reporting KPIs and SLAs as required.Language Skills: Engage in proofreading and basic translation tasks, along with various ad-hoc requests.
