Role Overview Kyivstar is looking for a Technical Support Specialist focused on fixed line communication networks. This position is based in Lutsk, Ukraine, with responsibilities extending to Kovel, Volodymyr, and Novovolynsk. Candidates living in any of these locations are encouraged to apply. Main Responsibilities Track network restoration timelines and check the accuracy of materials used during emergency repairs. Identify new addresses suitable for FTTB network construction and submit them for internal approval. Supervise construction and installation activities, including support for the GPO process during building projects. Evaluate the scope and quality of completed work and prepare audit reports. Review executive documentation for newly constructed network facilities. Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance on access networks and initiate installation of additional switches through the TTWOs system as needed.
