Join our Human Resources & Transformation Business Unit, where we specialize in revolutionizing HR departments across diverse industries such as banking, energy, transportation, public sector, retail, and more.
As a seasoned consultant, you will work directly with our clients, including CAC 40, SBF 120, mid-sized enterprises, and small businesses, across various themes:
- HR Performance: Assist HR leaders in defining operational models (organization, processes, activities, governance, monitoring, costs) that incorporate best market practices and leverage AI potential.
- Jobs & Skills: Support employment, skills, and workforce management initiatives (GEPP, SWP, job grading) while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (including the European directive on salary transparency) and aligning with corporate ambitions (up to Skills Based Organization).
- Digital HR: Develop HRIS master plans and support the implementation of innovative solutions featuring AI, ensuring effective management of digital transformation programs within HR functions.
- Social Management & Social Engineering: Contribute to the development of a coherent, sustainable social strategy aligned with each company's transformation trajectory.
- Human Support for Transformations: Analyze disruption levels to define and implement change management strategies (training, communication, community engagement).
- Learning & Development: Create end-to-end training strategies, foster a culture of learning, design and manage major training programs, and facilitate training sessions as an accredited training organization.
Recent project highlights include:
- Implementation of a Talent Marketplace for a leading retailer, aiming for a Skills Based Organization.
- Global deployment of a new job evaluation system across 130 countries for a multi-energy leader.
- Planning and execution of a reorganization impacting 20,000 employees at multiple sites for a telecommunications player (from managing psychosocial risks to change support plans).
