This position is accountable for not only execution but also for achieving tangible results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are tasked with delivering a high-performing, cost-efficient, and customer-centric operation on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete performance of the city depot encompassing Rental and Servicing; Lead, supervise, and nurture the local operational team through effective shift and task planning and performance evaluations; Serve as a culture setter and lead by example; Monitor daily KPIs and ensure adherence to SOPs; Address and enhance vehicle unavailability, including performing repairs when necessary; Manage depot cost performance, focusing on consumables and preventing rework while maintaining strict cost control practices; Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments; Practical Requirements Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and to stand, walk, and navigate the depot for extended periods; Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions; Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods to meet urgent operational needs; 3 - 5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing roles; Strong hands-on operational capabilities and leadership skills.
