Oversee and implement the operational functions of the Customer Service Academy, focusing on the creation and rollout of training content.Conduct thorough research to design and deliver competitive behavioral training programs, either in-person or via webinars as needed.Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant training experience to the role.Manage all facets of the training environment, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.Proactively identify potential enhancements to the training curriculum and collaborate with CLL and client leadership for recommendations.Identify and address knowledge gaps and operational policy needs.Act as a representative of the training organization during meetings and interactions with Operations and clients.Assist the team in nurturing stakeholder relationships across various assets, continually improving based on collected feedback.Facilitate both Classroom and Virtual instructor-led training sessions for Asset teams.Collaborate closely with the instructional design team to develop, refine, and update course materials based on feedback and expertise.Evaluate materials based on content, facilitation, and feedback received through assessments.Conduct regular audits and assessments, compiling and reporting on feedback.
