ABOUT THE POSITION
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Manager of Material Management & Flow to be a key player in our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse network of global suppliers to support our expansive manufacturing platform. Your strategic vision will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse and material flow operations across our McHenry, MS facilities. You will establish a comprehensive set of performance metrics, set ambitious improvement goals, and identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising on quality. The ideal candidate will have robust supply chain experience, a history of implementing or enhancing ERP/WMS systems, and proven management of intricate, high-value inventories. If you thrive in an autonomous setting and are passionate about motivating a material flow engineering and warehouse team through continuous process improvement, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
