Role overview
This senior finance role leads Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Controlling, and Internal Control. The position shapes financial strategy, supports governance, and drives strategic transformation initiatives. Working closely with Executive Management and key stakeholders is central to this role.
Main responsibilities
- Direct budgeting and forecasting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage financial planning cycles to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting for Executive Management and lead consolidation activities, providing detailed analysis of results.
- Enhance the quality and clarity of financial reporting, delivering actionable business insights.
- Act as finance lead on strategic projects, such as divestitures and business transitions, managing stakeholder relationships and financial risk.
- Supervise and maintain ERP (SAP) and financial consolidation tools (Tagetik), including monitoring and testing financial processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in FP&A, corporate controlling, and internal control.
- Strong background with SAP and Tagetik.
- Ability to collaborate with executive teams and manage complex projects.
This position is based in Mechelen, Antwerpen, Belgium.
