The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting our Account Executives in amplifying Heidi's impact across healthcare organizations. This role emphasizes quality over quantity, requiring meticulous research, compelling messaging, and effective collaboration to achieve success.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Account Executives to devise and implement outbound strategies targeting key accounts.
Conduct in-depth research to map healthcare organizations, pinpointing essential stakeholders, buying committees, and decision-makers.
Generate high-quality, well-qualified meetings through personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Support account-based initiatives by tailoring messaging to address the unique challenges and priorities of health systems.
Ensure accurate documentation of activities, notes, and pipeline health within our CRM.
Learn and articulate Heidi’s value proposition effectively to senior clinical, operational, and executive leaders.
Provide market feedback to enhance messaging, positioning, and sales strategies.
Consistently meet (and strive to exceed) activity and pipeline targets that underpin long-cycle, high-value deals.
