Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a high-performing pre-sales team of Solutions Architects.
- Scale the designated Field Engineering segment organization efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Create a collaborative culture within a rapidly growing team, embodying Databricks' commitment to customer obsession, teamwork, and diversity.
- Boost the return on investment of Solution Architect involvement in sales cycles by 2-3x within 18 months.
- Foster a solution and value-based selling approach within the field engineering organization.
- Understand and address business needs and revenue potential for assigned accounts.
- Enhance Databricks' brand in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
