You can choose to work from our offices located in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, or Adelaide in this hybrid role.In this position, reporting to the Project & Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in resolving technical support cases submitted through our geospatial help desk.As a Support Consultant at Woolpert, your responsibilities will include:Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients, confidently resolving first and second level software support requests.Managing customer inquiries via phone and email through our Helpdesk system, collaborating with internal teams to triage and resolve technical issues.Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues across our geospatial platforms, including VertiGIS Geocortex and Esri ArcGIS.Providing regular reports on support KPIs.
