As an Inbound Sales Representative at A Place for Mom, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions. In this impactful sales role, you will leverage empathy, insight, and strategic support to guide caregivers in exploring the best care options for their loved ones.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Be an expert resource in the expanding senior care industry, providing families with exceptional experiences that align with our mission.
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from your remote home office as an inside sales representative, ensuring strong adherence to your scheduled shifts.
Conduct thorough initial consultation calls with families.
Educate families on tailored senior care options, helping them find the right senior living communities and home care providers to meet their needs.
Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing our comprehensive 4-week new hire training program.
Success Factors:
Your success will be gauged by achieving daily production benchmarks, including inbound calls and outbound follow-ups, which involve referring families to communities and scheduling tours that will ultimately lead to move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the first interaction families have with our company and it will be crucial to approach their situations with empathy and provide an outstanding experience.
