Your responsibilities will include working closely with children on a one-on-one basis, employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child, regardless of your previous experience. As working with children can be physically demanding, you should be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and occasionally carrying items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
