What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving workstations, printers, network connections, and software applications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade both software and hardware as needed.
- Manage user accounts on the network, including setting up Windows logins, creating email accounts, and granting access to applications while maintaining data security.
- Identify user training needs and recommend appropriate training opportunities based on support interactions.
- Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned and stay productive in changing environments.
