We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role demands a strong commercial orientation for prospecting new clients, along with negotiation skills to secure new projects. You will strategically and operationally manage a team, ensuring their recruitment, development, and performance within the organization.
Your responsibilities will also include financial project management, overseeing profitability control to optimize economic outcomes for the department. Collaboration with various departments, including recruitment, Organizational Development, and technical management, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the opening of new accounts.
- Develop a pipeline of potential client prospects.
- Present and sell the company's services to clients.
- Negotiate with clients and candidates.
- Lead projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide the necessary resources for project execution.
- Develop an action plan to achieve objectives.
