We are seeking a new Building Maintenance Technician to join our power tools manufacturing facility.
What will your responsibilities include?
Continuous monitoring and maintenance of building systems (plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation) and prompt resolution of minor issues.
Maintenance of structural elements, repair of locking mechanisms, and performing minor locksmith, carpentry, painting, and tiling tasks.
Checking the operation of climate control systems and carrying out minor repairs.
Keeping records of maintenance materials, tools, and parts, indicating procurement needs, and assessing and receiving stock.
Quick and effective diagnosis and resolution of technical problems, with independent intervention as necessary.
Maintaining maintenance documentation and using basic MS Office and maintenance software (e.g., CAFM).
⏰ What is the work schedule?
You will know in advance when your working days are and when you can take a break, as the work follows a 4-shift schedule.
