For dedicated RBTs aiming for career growth, we provide:

Your Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, and our centers
- Teach daily living and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based methodologies
- Collect, organize, and summarize data objectively during sessions
- Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training
- Execute training and therapy sessions developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and other team members to meet client needs
- Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support operations
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Other Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.
- Ability to meet background check, drug screening, and driving record standards.
- Availability to provide services in diverse settings: school, home, center, and community.
Training Requirements
- BT: Must attend our required 40-hour RBT training program, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and successfully pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- RBT: Must complete the required training program, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
