ALTEN México is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join an automotive project immediately in Monterrey. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in MAG and Laser welding processes, a strong understanding of automotive standards, and the ability to ensure quality processes in high-volume manufacturing environments. Previous experience in seat manufacturing for the automotive industry is highly valued.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure product quality focusing on MAG and Laser welding technologies.Analyze failures, define corrective actions, and lead containment and continuous improvement plans.Conduct audits of processes, products, and documentation according to automotive standards.Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.Manage PPAP documentation, change control, and process validation.Participate in launch, ramp-up, and stabilization activities for production lines (on-site support).Monitor KPIs related to scrap, rework, welding quality, and process performance.

As a Concrete Support Technician, you will provide specialized technical support for the Material Testing Laboratory activities. Your role will ensure the accurate execution of tests, technical accompaniment on site, and ongoing validation of product performance. You will directly contribute to the support of Sales, R&D, and Industrial Operations by providing reliable and timely solutions necessary for the development and maintenance of the product portfolio.
