We are currently searching for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our People and Culture team in Montreal. Reporting to the Global Senior Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing benefits and retirement plans across Canada and the United States. Your efforts will support our company's growth by ensuring our benefits programs align with our overall compensation strategy, fostering an environment where Lightspeed staff can thrive.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage collective benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and other perks in accordance with Lightspeed’s global benefits strategy.
- Lead the annual benefits renewal and enrollment process.
- Oversee the selection and management of benefits and retirement plan providers, ensuring they meet performance and service expectations.
- Develop key metrics and track them to assess program effectiveness and identify trends.
- Collaborate with global brokers to evaluate market trends and align programs with the company's global strategy.
- Work closely with the HRIS team, payroll, business partners, and other stakeholders to identify system needs, resolve issues, and optimize data flow and accessibility.
- Support staff and HR teams in addressing escalated issues and resolving complex situations.
- Assist with leave management processes and policy reviews as needed.
