Mission
Lead strategic IT projects, particularly those focused on infrastructure, within a demanding international context. As the conductor of these projects, you will provide clear vision, manage dependencies, engage with technical teams, and communicate effectively with both management and client groups.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of IT projects, emphasizing IT infrastructure and security initiatives (e.g., legacy AD decommissioning, Secure Boot upgrades, Windows 2016 upgrades, VMWare integration on the group platform).
- Develop, maintain, and activate project plans (scope, resources, costs, risks, dependencies).
- Provide regular and relevant reporting to ICT management, sponsors, and group stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure milestone adherence.
- Apply and advocate for the group's project management methodologies.
- Coordinate change management actions to ensure the adoption and sustainability of deployed solutions.
Relationship Management and Leadership
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, liaising with Safran Group and external partners.
- Build a trusting relationship with local and group stakeholders.
- Present projects clearly and persuasively in management committees or to the group.
- Engage technical teams collaboratively, fostering alignment around priorities and maintaining a positive dynamic.
Technical Aspects
- Understand core IT infrastructure principles (Windows and Linux systems, storage and backup solutions, Citrix infrastructure, databases) to communicate effectively with experts.
- Maintain smooth interactions with internal and external technical teams (Offshore Teams, Group).
