We are actively seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to join our dynamic Civil Group team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all field crew members including foremen, carpenters, laborers, and manage project operations.
- Create and implement a project site logistics plan in collaboration with the project manager to establish construction methods and sequencing.
- Foster positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
- Promote a safe working environment and uphold company safety standards, with a comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Interpret project plans and possess a thorough understanding of various DOT specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and material suppliers to resolve construction challenges and enhance methods.
