Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management, including monitoring cash positions, managing investments, and recording transactions in the ERP system.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash position and liquidity reports.
- Assist with daily and monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts.
- Support the month-end treasury close by ensuring accurate general ledger entries for cash activities.
- Maintain and document treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Act as a secondary administrator for online banking, foreign exchange, and treasury platforms.
- Monitor foreign currency transactions and help manage foreign exchange exposures.
- Track cash investments and borrowing activities, maintaining related reports.
- Assist in resolving daily transaction issues and banking transmissions.
- Support bank account administration, including compliance with know-your-customer requirements and the opening, closing, and maintenance of accounts for both domestic and international entities.
- Assist in evaluating banking products, services, and treasury platforms.
- Participate in initiatives to improve treasury-related processes.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
This position works closely with the Corporate Controller, Accounting, and other finance teams to uphold treasury operating standards. The Manager, Cash Management also supports corporate banking activities, treasury systems, and the invoice-to-cash cycle, contributing to ongoing process improvements across the organization.
