Role Overview: Media Supervisor, Planning
The Media Supervisor, Planning, leads the development and execution of media strategies across both digital and traditional channels for a portfolio of high-profile accounts. This position reports to the Media Group Director of Planning and manages the full media mix to ensure campaigns deliver strong results. The role is based in midtown Manhattan, with in-office work required Monday through Thursday.
What You Will Do
- Design and oversee media plans that align with client objectives, using both digital and traditional channels.
- Work closely with Client Services and Creative teams to meet KPIs and deliver excellent service across all media platforms.
- Analyze campaign data to assess performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Partner with the Media Buying team to execute and adjust campaign strategies, ensuring budgets are used effectively.
- Handle monthly reconciliations for media vendor billing.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting media plans and campaign performance reports.
- Oversee the process of bringing on new vendors, including conducting discovery calls and sharing findings with the team.

Location and Schedule
