Everlaw is on the lookout for a results-driven and strategically-minded Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance & Trust (GRCT). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the GRCT function, establishing a guiding vision for risk management, customer trust, and scalable compliance initiatives that foster business innovation rather than hinder it.As you report directly to the VP of Information Technology & Security, you will be responsible for the daily oversight and ongoing enhancement of Everlaw’s risk, compliance, and trust programs, ensuring our governance framework evolves alongside our business. This position is uniquely positioned at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial facilitation, collaborating closely with DevOps, Product Security, Corporate Security, Legal, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to distill complex requirements into actionable controls and credible assurances that bolster customer confidence.
